Fort Wayne, Indiana- The United States Attorney’s Office announced the following activity:

DISPOSITIONS:

Ø David Brown, 42, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, was sentenced by District Judge Theresa Springmann to 60 months imprisonment and 5 years of supervised release after pleading guilty to the felony offenses of receipt of child pornography and possession of child pornography. This case resulted from an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation Cybercrime Task Force. This case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Lesley Miller Lowery.
